Typical Valencian pumpkin grown in our fields. Also known as sweet baked pumpkin.
Way of cultivation
Grown naturally without the use of pesticides or herbicides. We try to foster an ecosystem where there is a balance of insects and minerals in the soil.

Pumpkins can last several months in perfect condition. To do this, you must keep it in a cool and dark place protected from sunlight and moisture.
Approximate weight per piece
Pumpkins grow to very different sizes. Usually, you will receive pumpkins between 2kg and 4kg. Buying one unit you will receive an approximate weight of 2kg of pumpkin.
- Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
- We split the pumpkin in two and remove the seeds.
- Bake the pumpkin face up on parchment paper for 50-60 minutes until you see it slightly toasted. It must be soft to the touch.
- The pumpkin is already sweet in itself, but if you like it very sweet, you can put a little honey on top 10 minutes before taking it out of the oven.
